EBill allows members to view and pay their bill and also gives access to information such as pay history, usage history and past billings.

Simply click on the EBill button above. To set-up EBill you will need your account number, name and e-mail address. You will also be asked to create a password.

With EBill you have the option of paying with an electronic check, VISA or Mastercard.

Automatic Payment Options
• Automatic withdrawal from your bank account
• Automatic Payment on Power Plus Credit Card
To sign up for either of these options, simply request a form and submit it to our office.

The automatic payment plan withdraws the amount you owe electronically from your account once each month. The transaction will not take place until you have had time to review your bill. The bill you will receive will have “BANK DRAFT DO NOT PAY” printed on it. You can also use the automatic payment plan with a Power Plus Visa™ Card, which is offered through Whitewater Valley REMC. If you are interested in either automatic payment plan, please contact our office and ask for an application.

Fixed Budget Billing

Fixed Budget Billing is available to customers with at least one year of service on Whitewater Valley REMC lines. The program will keep your monthly bills at approximately the same level throughout the year. If you would have excessively hot or cold months, then extra kilowatt hours may be used and you could have to pay the difference in the settlement month. After settlement, you may have a balance or you may receive a refund. Fixed Budget Billing begins with bills processed during July.
