Seasonal Rates

Shoulder Seasonal Rates are in effect for the months of September - November. WWVREMC's power prices are tied to costs associated with meeting demand during traditional periods of high summer and winter usage. Members can use their SmartHub account to monitor their energy use and make payments. More about our rates.

Harvest Safety

Be Safe Around Electricity When Moving Farm Equipment
With the arrival of harvest time, Indiana’s farmers are shifting into high gear as they move into their fields to bring in their crops. The increased activity puts farmers and farm workers at greater risk. Combines and grain augers are large pieces of equipment. People assume everything will fit under the power lines, but that isn’t always the case. The biggest cause of electrocutions on farms is equipment accidentally touching power lines.

We're Here For You

WWVREMC is working to provide you with safe, reliable electric service, and we will continue doing our best to serve you. We reopened our lobby to the public on June 15. Feel free to continue to use any of the many options available to stay in touch with us and manage your account.

Our COVID-19 Plan

July 24, 2020
The Governor has directed Hoosier's that as of Monday, July 27 we should wear face coverings in most public settings. For your wellbeing and ours, we are asking anyone who visits our office to wear a mask. Masks will be available in our front lobby for anyone who needs one and employees who cannot physically distance themselves in their work area will also be wearing masks. Thank you.

25 Acts of Kindness

As part of our 25th anniversary celebration, WWVREMC employees and directors initiated a special 25 Acts of Kindness program in 2019.  We reached out to old friends and partners to work on projects. We formed new friendships and partnerships all while working towards a common purpose; extending an extra helping hand to the communities we serve.

Here is the list of acts performed during the year.
